Shipping & returns

Everything is made to order, so here’s how timing and returns work.

Production & shipping

Because each piece is printed for you, orders take about 2–5 business days to make before they ship. Shipping time is on top of that and depends on where you are — usually 3–7 business days in the US. You’ll get a tracking link when it’s on the way.

Returns & exchanges

If something arrives defective, misprinted, or just wrong, we’ll make it right — email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Because items are made to order, we can’t take a piece back for a change of mind or a wrong size chosen at checkout. Check the size guide before ordering, and if you’re between sizes, ask us first.

Wrong address or a lost package

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — a package returned for a bad address can be reshipped for the cost of shipping. If tracking says delivered but it isn’t, contact us and we’ll help sort it out with the carrier.
